The team of the former athmer Technical Centre is taking the next logical step into a successful future. As an independent testing laboratory, VeruLAB GmbH, we will continue to stand by your side with full commitment. The familiar faces and experienced test engineers remain the same – we are simply putting on a new "jersey".
What does the name "VeruLAB" actually stand for?
- "Veru" is derived from the Latin word "Verus" and means "true, real, truthful". Our ambition is to prove the true and honest performance of your products beyond any doubt!
- "LAB" is the internationally established abbreviation for Laboratory (testing laboratory).
We look forward to opening a new, exciting chapter as an experienced team on the premises of the Sophienhammer and to continuing our close cooperation with athmer.

For you, the process remains as simple and reliable as before. You can continue to commission your tests directly and straightforwardly at the familiar location.

- Continuation of all testing services: Whether airborne sound insulation (soundproofing), smoke control, air/wind/water permeability testing, burglary resistance up to RC3, or durability / operating forces tests – all tests will be carried out on the proven testing facilities.
- Cooperation with ift Rosenheim: The successful and recognized cooperation with ift Rosenheim continues seamlessly. Your test results will therefore continue to hold the highest authority and market acceptance in the future.
