Greater convenience
Tough performer
The excellent sealing properties help to save energy, making the set suitable for passive house construction. At the same time, it meets high standards of comfort and appearance. The Comfort-Plan® set is suitable both for new buildings and for retrofitting in existing buildings - it combines state-of-the-art technology with an elegant design that blends harmoniously into architectural concepts. The flat threshold underlines the trend towards open room transitions. In the private sector, the set is eligible for subsidies, making it an attractive option for design-conscious homeowners who value accessibility and aesthetic integration.
The set Comfort-Plan® consists of a drop seal and the set Comfort-Plan® LC of automatic door seals and a zero threshold, which is available in 78 or 88 mm width depending on the door thickness.
To further optimize its energy-saving and sealing performance, the set can be combined with on-site substructure insulation profiles and drainage solutions. The seal triggers even at low operating forces, lowers evenly and adapts perfectly to the given level. In the double-leaf version, the central faceplate of the door leaves is also automatically sealed.
Because accessibility must be more than just a promise
“Doors must be clearly perceptible, easy to open and close and safe to pass through.” (DIN 18040)
Secure and stylish in every respect!
The innovative door seal of the Comfort Plan set triggers in parallel and automatically compensates for any unevenness in the level, effectively keeping out air, wind, water and driving rain. With tested driving rain tightness up to class 7A (300 Pa), the system offers excellent protection, even without additional drainage.
The integrated overload protection reliably prevents pressure damage and thus ensures a long service life. The high-quality aluminum construction with anodized surface ensures corrosion protection and durability for outdoor applications. The Comfort-Plan® set thus combines accessibility, safety and aesthetic design in a solution that is suitable for both public buildings and private homes
Certified driving rain tight
The renowned IFT Rosenheim certifies that the new sealing system is watertight against driving rain, resistant to wind load and has excellent sound insulation values of up to 54dB
Improved safety due to zero thresholds
Demographic change means that 2.5 million additional barrier-free homes will be required in Germany by the year 2030. The number of elderly people relying on wheelchairs or walking aids will steadily increase. This makes it all the more important for the elderly and disabled to have safe and easy access to their homes or public buildings. The set Comfort-Plan® ensures barrier-free access and minimises the risk of falls as a result. Zero threshold means added safety for the elderly since it is not a tripping hazard.

Zero threshold – and still leak-proof.
One system for a wide range of applications.
No more thermal bridges! In combination with an under-construction insulation profile, the Comfort-Plan® set thermally separates the floor covering inside the building from the floor outside. This effectively keeps the heat inside.
Sound insulation / noise protection
Traffic noise and street sounds remain outside with the set Comfort-Plan®. The sealing set also contributes to a pleasantly quiet atmosphere inside the building. The set Comfort-Plan® features considerably improved sound insulation properties.
Attractive design
The set Comfort-Plan® fits seamlessly into every environment thanks to its sleek and stylish exterior and its concealed screws. The zero threshold and the seal itself are made of high-quality aluminium with an eloxal finish. The threshold and seal are corrosion-protected and suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Smooth functioning in continuous daily operation
Advantages of the Rainstop®
The external door seals in the Rainstop® family offer numerous advantages. They enable barrier-free use while providing reliable protection against driving rain, wind load and noise. Thanks to their versatility, Rainstop® seals are suitable for wooden doors as well as for wood-aluminum doors. A special feature is the parallel lowering of the inner rail without offset, which guarantees safe and flawless operation. In addition, the seal has a corrosion-resistant, anodized outer profile that ensures a long service life.
Rainstop® LC was specially developed for double-sash door elements. Thanks to its universal adjustability in the center mullion, it ensures effective sealing of both door leaves in the mullion area – without the need for an additional molded part. The seal is suitable for the active and inactive sash and is available in lengths from 325 mm to 1650 mm.
With compact dimensions of just 17 x 20 mm, Rainstop® LC can be easily integrated and offers an optimal solution for modern exterior doors.
