The athmer set VHH M-12
The athmer sealing system set VHH M-12 provides a professional, four-sided sealing solution for single-leaf wooden sliding doors. It has been specifically developed for applications where the sliding door runs either in front of the wall (with track cover and soft-close pocket) or inside the wall (with wall pocket) — in both cases in combination with a surrounding frame.
Universal compatibility with common sliding door fittings
The system is designed to integrate with almost all standard sliding door fittings available on the market that feature a connection flange with an M8 thread.
Connection is secure and requires minimal tools using the included Slide Adapter-12, which is mounted directly to the trolley or running gear of the fitting with M8 screws.
Enhanced sealing performance on all four sides
The intelligent combination of components creates a continuous, gap-free sealing system:
- Two drop seals Schall-Ex® Slide M-12 WS SLA (with 11 mm travel, water- and dirt-repellent sealing lip )
- Magnets for a secure, draught-proof door closure
- Slide compensation seal for the horizontal floor guide groove
- Sliding door guide for precise alignment and long-term functionality

The system is designed for sliding leaves up to 1,958 mm in width and also meets accessibility requirements (flush floor transition possible).
Simple, secure installation without pressure plate
The drop seals are fixed directly via the Slide Adapter-12 using an angle screw connection to the door leaf — a separate pressure plate is not required. This significantly reduces installation time and effort while minimizing the risk of damage to the door leaf.

The set can optionally be supplemented with the components ZD Slide 12/12 and aluminium threshold 253.
