As a modular system, the new family offers 5 variants for sub-assembly for toughened safety glass thicknesses of 8 mm and 10 mm and laminated safety glass thicknesses of 10.76 mm, 12.76 mm and 17.52 mm as well as a surface mounted variant. It is also characterised by the uniform height of all variants and can be used both DIN left and DIN right simply by turning.
Quick and easy installation
Installation is carried out using a special adhesive tape, without wet bonding. This means that the bond can be loaded immediately and the glass door can be put into operation without delay.
Current trend colours from stock
or a harmonious door design, we also offer the cover profiles in black (RAL 9005 matt) and anthracite (RAL 7016 matt) in addition to the usual C-31 (stainless steel look) and C-0 (silver-coloured) surfaces. A graphite grey sealing profile and a black sliding release were installed.
Simple shortening and maintenance
The inner rail can be slid out completely for flexible length adjustment or to replace the sealing profile.
High sound insulation values
In the test laboratory, the seal achieved joint sound insulation values of up to 51dB with 7mm of floor air, allowing previously unattainable sound insulation values to be achieved for glass doors.
High athmer standard
Sliding actuator
To protect the sealing profile during the construction phase, the sliding release can be completely pulled out and adjusted without tools. After the construction phase, the sliding actuator can be reinserted. A pressure plate for the release mechanism is no longer required.
Parallel drop
Due to the parallel drop of the sealing profile, the seal sits evenly on the floor and minimises drag marks and seal abrasion.
No inner rail offset
As the inner rail does not move sideways when it is released, the subsequent shortening and length and determining the length of the sealing profile protrusion is considerably simplified.
Internal load tests have proven the high resistance of the adhesive bond, and the advances are even more evident in the sound insulation values: our new seals set standards in the glass door sector.
